RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
To secure a room reservation with Leticia’s Garden Resort and Events Place, an advance deposit is required. Reservation requests must be secured with a deposit into the resort’s bank account or cash accepted by the hotel. 50% deposit required.
For bookings cancelled
- more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refund
- more than 15 days, but less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charge with half of the total value of the deposit
- less than 15 days of arrival, no refund will be given
